Whilst exploring our country a couple of years ago, we came across Silverton in New South Wales. It was there that we came across the Mad Max Museum. For us it was a journey back in time which brought a smile to our faces. This is indeed a split-second capture from the past.
Silverton Hotel is full of photos and memorabilia from the Mad Max filming. It’s not in everybody’s path of travel, but worth a visit if you’re in that neck of the outback! Here’s a link to the Museum site if you’re heading that way 🙂
Sorry, I’m forgetting my age! Mad Max (Mel Gibson) was an epic series in the 80s. It became a top-grossing Australian film, holding the Guinness record for most profitable film for decades. See the IMob link below 🙂
