HDP: Travelling Around Australia, Week 3

Well, this week is easy to choose a noteworthy location – it’s The Great Ocean Road in Victoria. Whilst I realise that rocks out at sea might not be everyone’s cup of tea, I do love mother nature’s work 🙂

We’ve been through some pretty places, but really, this is one of the best – so far! We’re running ourselves ragged looking at as much as possible which means long days 😐

We also took in a helicopter flight over The Twelve Apostles and were really lucky with the weather and hence the photos (I think). This week there are fifteen photos, so my apologies if this is too many – I really couldn’t choose which ones to leave out.

The seas out here are treacherous and for most of it, it resembles a washing machine with zero chance of survival if you were unlucky enough to get dragged in! It has my highest respect!

Enough of my ranting. Here they are in no particular order:

As we’re travelling around Australia for X amount of months, I’ll keep the Hump Day Post (HDP) (on Wednesdays) for our journey and will continue to take part in the Weekly Photo Challenge (on Saturdays) – where possible. I’ll repeat this every week, just in case you’ve just joined me

About Retired2Travel

My passion has been for many, many years landscape photography so when the chance came up to retire early, in order to travel, I took it! It made sense then to marry the two (travel and photography) and create this blog. I hope you enjoy it :)
