Weekly Photo Challenge: Weight(less)

This week, Ben has challenge us to ‘share a photo of something marked by its weight — or its air of weightlessness. Show us gravity at its most unforgiving, or most generous.’

So today, at one of our local beaches, there was a workshop on Sculpturing by the Sandman. I was curious about how sand sculptures are made and Dan The Sandman showed us how. This was the masterpiece he was in the process of finishing when I arrived.

I found it incredible that it didn’t collapse – gravity at its most generous!

Thumbs up from me, Mr Sandman 🙂

About Retired2Travel

My passion has been for many, many years landscape photography so when the chance came up to retire early, in order to travel, I took it! It made sense then to marry the two (travel and photography) and create this blog. I hope you enjoy it :)
